Fall in love this Valentine's Day at Dock 18 Restaurant, Four Points by Sheraton Melbourne Docklands.

Treat your Valentine to a delicious 3-course meal complimented with sparkling wine in the beautiful surrounds of Docklands this Valentine's Day.

Inspired by the celebration of love, Executive Chef Rhys Kelly has put together some of his favourite recipes, with each dish showcasing products that are grown with love from local Victorian suppliers, like Otway Pork and Meredith Dairy. After all, Executive Chef Rhys Kelly believes that locally grown fresh produce is the only way to show their love and dedication for seriously good food!

Dining will commence at 6pm and you and your date will be treated to an intimate 3 course dinner, featuring your choice of natural oysters, citrus-cured fish tostadas with lava salt, handmade Otway pork dumplings, 250gm Gippsland Valley striploin, Meredith Dairy goats curd & forest mushroom gnocchi, Oolong tea pannacotta and Eton mess of passionfruit curd, yuzu pearls, smashed meringue and the freshest local berries.
