Presented by The Pseudo Society (A Museum of the Rare and Strange) and Fleming and Freear, Bazaar Potions: A Reverse Degustation is a spectacular evening of exquisite drinks by cocktail masters, each carefully matched with one-off dishes in an inviting marketplace style-space with installations and original music!
This one-night-only event is inspired by the travels of legendary bartender and incorrigible rogue - Samuel Kincoon. His exploits and discoveries centre around his penchant for occult and potent brews and were been recorded in the letters his wife, Kitty, wrote home to family and friends.
The event is dubbed 'A Reverse Degustation' as booze will be king with the accompanying dishes designed to enhance your drinking pleasure.
This exciting collaboration between The Pseudo Society and Fleming and Freear is furthered enhanced with installation artist Lynx and LittleHawk, musician Joe Miller and masterchef Jessie Spiby of My Grandma Ben.
The dinner will be set against a backdrop of oddities collected from Mr Kincoon's travels around the world and everything will be available for sale.
During the evening, guests will be invited to partake in the knowledge of cocktail masters as they take inspiration from Kincoon's notorious adventures and create five completely unique drinks in front of your table.
You will then be fed to satiation with delicious original dishes while surrounded by a veritable marketplace of sensory entertainment. Guests will also receive a take-home piece of ceramics from Sami Porter Clay as part of the dining experience.
