This one is being held on Saturday March 16th and visits Brighton, Sandringham and Hampton. Around five or six op shops are normally visited, as well as some additional ones being pointed out en-route for anyone who wants to return once the tour has finished.
Erica is the host on this one and she is a blogger who has a wealth of information about op shopping, refashioning and all things thrifty. She will make sure you all know where you are meant to meet up, give you a five minute heads up before we have to leave a shop and generally makes sure everyone is happy and comfortable on the tour.
The groups are normally limited to no more than ten or so op shoppers which is perfect as some of the smaller op shops probably couldn't accommodate a coach load.
Some op shops will even give a discount to anyone on the op shop tour.
You will need to buy a Myki card for this one, as you hop about on the train line a couple of times.
There is also normally time for people to grab a coffee and there is also normally a stop off for lunch at a tasty cafe.
Remember if you go be prepared, have small change ready, pack bags for your op shop purchases as not all op shops supply plastic bags now and wear your comfy shoes!
