The is an epic challenge, a classic man vs nature event.Held over two exhilarating days, features a tough 84 km off-road course, consisting of running, mountain biking and paddling stages.The race starts in Walhalla, a historical goldmining town and finishes in Baw Baw Alpine Resort, with an elevation gain of close to 3000 m.The course showcases some of the state's most magnificient natural and historical attractions:5 km run from Walhalla to the river.14 km Paddle on Thompson river.40 km Mountain bike to the Eastern Tyres Camp ground.25 km Run to the Baw Baw village on the Australian Alps walking track.You can race solo, completing the whole course on your own, or share the challenge with a friend, racing as a team of two. You can also split the course among a team of 2 or 3 people.Race the whole course in one day or compete in more achievable 2-day option with an overnight camp in Erica.For the majority of participants, is more of a personal challenge, rather than a competition against others.
