Celebrate the spirit of Bastille day at Sydney's four-day festival held at Circular Quay. The much-loved BBR Festival will return for its fifth year this time with a brand new name, Bastille Festival . Be part of a food wine art revolution that you won't forget.



So many different foods, wine and beer to enjoy while mingling with other lovers of European food in one long celebration.





The day and night street celebrations will begin 13th July until 16th July. There will be 4 food villages, 8 wine bars and beer gardens, 14 live concerts, 2 DJ sets, 1 cabaret show, 8 movie screenings on beds, more than 40 street live performances throughout the day and night from circus to country folk dances and music.



The festival program this year will be crammed with 100 performance artists, more than 100 specialty foods from France, Germany, Greece, Portugal and Switzerland. It also includes a wide selection of beer and wines from some of the most reputable vineyards in France, Spain and Italy.

For those looking to relax after feasting all day, the festival will once again host its open-air cinema, Le Cinema will be showing 8 exclusive screenings on the Tallowoladah Lawn at The Rocks for $18 a ticket.

There is so much to see, hear, do and taste across the four areas at the festival: The BBR Village, The Nordic Village, The Latin Village and The Gourmet Village.

Wet thirsty palates at the Pop-up Electro Glow Beer Garden. Here you will find a selection of craft beers from Germany, Belgium, Czech Republic and Ireland.



Wine lovers will be equally pleased to enjoy a selection of French wines from France's most famous wine regions, Champagne and mulled wine. There will also be wines flowing from Spain and Italy available in the Latin Village.

To add to the mix, there will be a "French Emporium Village". You won't be able to resist the taste of a robust foie gras on freshly baked pain d'epices, delectable truffles, duck confit and the array of delicious smelly cheeses.



While filling your belly you can groove along to the fabulous entertainment. Live music, DJ sets, cinema, folk dance, live art and circus acts.

Sultry Simone Waddell and the band will be performing for two hours at the 5th Annual . Simone Waddell will mesmerise you with her honeyed vocals, contemporary jazz, soul and smooth funk music.



**Grand Cabaret Show, Customs House Square
14th July, 6.30pm **



The annual Grand Cabaret Show is created for the Bastille Festival by James Karp (The Magicians Cabaret) and choreographed by **James Taylor [/B. Let them entertain you with a 19th-century style Parisian cabaret featuring can-can dancers, music, songs and magic.



Running for 20 minutes, you will be amazed and enthralled by the French poetry and literature such as François-Marie Arouet, along with famous Cabaret songs from Edith Piaf and music from French composer Jacques Offenbach. French magician Robert Houdin will also play some magic tricks and the famous French can-can girls will have you in a spin of frilly petticoats with their cheeky energetic dance moves.
