'Bastille Day Party': Pop-Up Melbourne Event

So frenchy, so chic

Whilst Bastille Day festivities 'officially' kick off on Sunday, July 14th 2013 Melburnians are invited to celebrate the French National Day with Pop-Up Events on Saturday, July 13th, 2013.

Known for staging fabulous burlesque and cabaret shows in secret pop-up venues across the city, Pop-Up Events promise a fun and frivolous night of entertainment at their one-of-a-kind Bastille Burlesque event.

The evening will be hosted by Mademoiselle Virginia Poppycock and event goers will be entertained by the likes of Bella De Jac, Miss Jane, Poppy Cherry, Clara Cupcakes, Evie Red and Liz Skitch.

Plus there will be French themed drinks (think French mulled wine) flowing at the licensed pop-up bar until 1am.

Doors open at 8pm and as with all events hosted by Pop-Up Events, the event location will remain secret until 24 hours before the event date. The only hint for now is that the Bastille Burlesque event will be hosted in a secret venue in Collingwood, which is easily accessible by public transport and features on site parking.

To attend this event, bookings are recommended. You can pre-purchase your ticket through Try Booking now at the discounted fee of $25 per person; simply click the link and follow the prompts. Tickets at the door will be priced at $35 per person. Please note that as alcohol will be served at the event, one must be over the age of 18 to attend.

To learn more about this event, please visit the event Facebook profile or visit Pop-Up Events.
