Is it time for a date night movie he'll enjoy?
Bastille Day

Bastille Day opens with a loud bang, a case of mistaken identity and a classic cat and mouse chase over the roof tops of Paris. Keep an eye out for all the iconic Paris buildings in the long shots.

Bastille Day

It's great to see the gorgeous Richard Madden (better known as Robb Stark from Game of Thrones) playing a lead role along with the talented Idris Elba (Luther, Prometheus).

Bastille Day

The story starts with an American pickpocket living in Paris, who accidentally steals a bag containing more than just cash. He becomes hunted by a renegade CIA agent, who soon realises he isn't behind the scheme. They join forces to track down the source of the corruption, with twists and turns uncovering a web of untrustworthy characters. As tension mounts over a potential terrorist attack in France the streets begin to fill with angry protesters.

Bastille Day

The film is full of fast paced action, car chases, fighting, shooting and more explosions. It's a classic guy's action movie, but if it's date night the girl won't be disappointed. This is better than a James Bond film.

Bastille Day was directed by James Watkins and written by Andrew Baldwin.

The movie is coming to cinemas Thursday 12th of May 2016. Brisbane's New Farm Cinemas will be showing the film.

Language warning. A few subtitles.
