The iconic Barwon Heads Bridge has long been an ideal place to practice landscape photography. Even though there are now two bridges (one for driving and one for walking/riding/fishing), photo opportunities still present themselves, especially at sunrise and sunset.
This photo was taken on a lovely warm spring evening, just as the sun was beginning to set. Standing on the wooden boards of the 'walking' bridge, and looking towards the township of Barwon Heads, we couldn't have planned a more picturesque view.
It seems that Barwon Heads (and other coastal towns like it) truly do bring out the photographer in all of us.
