Bendigo wine growers open their barrel room doors to the public over the weekend of Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th July for the annual
Barrel Wine Tasting Weekend.

Better by the barrel - some of Victoria's great wines will be tasted direct from the barrel as Bendigo wine makers open up their barrel rooms to visitors.
At 11 AM, 1 PM and 3 PM on both days, participating winemakers will take visitors behind the scenes on tours of their barrel rooms and allowing the opportunity to sample wines straight from the barrel.

Participating wineries will open for as many as three sessions a day over the weekend of Saturday and Sunday 6th & 7th July.
Wines will be at different stages of maturation, so there'll be a distinct difference in the taste of the wine maturing in the barrel and the finished bottled product.
Participating wineries for 2019 are
Killiecrankie Wines (Saturday & Sunday),
Mandurang Valley Winery (Saturday & Sunday),
Balgownie Estate (Saturday only at 11 AM and 1 PM only),
Sandhurst Ridge Winery (Saturday and Sunday),
Sutton Grange Winery (Sunday only),
Blackjack Wines (Saturday & Sunday) and
Connor Park Winery (Saturday & Sunday).

Tasting sessions are FREE but numbers are limited so you will need to book to ensure a place.
All barrel tasting sessions are FREE but numbers are limited so bookings are essential and may be made through Bendigo Tourism at
