The inaugural Barossa Health & Wellbeing Festival will take place at the stunning Novotel Barossa Valley Resort in Rowland Flat on the weekend of the 12th and 13th September 2015.

Held from 10am to 5pm daily, this two-day showcase of local South Australian health and wellbeing businesses is part of the popular annual Enlighten Adelaide Festival, which has been running in Adelaide since 2011.

In a relaxed and welcoming environment, event-goers will be invited to explore a diverse range of specialised health and wellbeing products and services, all designed to improve one's mind, body and spirit.

  • Come and meet with over 30 local health & wellbeing professionals

  • Participate in FREE workshops and meditation sessions

  • Enjoy FREE come and try activities such as yoga sessions and belly dancing classes

  • Access the exclusive day spa room for relaxed and nurturing wellness treatments

  • Receive a reading from SA's leading psychics

  • Discover the On-site Endota Spa

  • Go into the draw to win great door prizes

    The festival is held in a family-friendly atmosphere with live music on Sunday by SA musician Laura Hill.

    Harry's Restaurant, located within the resort, will also be serving delicious lunches over the weekend, so make a day of it and take some time out from your busy schedule to have some 'me' time.

    If you don't feel like driving, then consider booking a day tour package which includes return coach transfers from the city, a few winery stops and 3 hours at the festival, via Tour Barossa.

    Tickets can be purchased online or at the door. Prices are as follows: $10 pp per day or $15 Weekend Pass (children under 15 years receive free entry). Part of the proceeds from every ticket sold will benefit Mission Australia.
