I write for Weekend Notes and I take photographs, usually sunsets and sunrises. Occasionally I include my photos in my articles. I like to promote Geelong, and activities around Geelong.

Rob McDonald and Woody
Rob and his dog Woody on tour

Rob McDonald is the host and owner of Barossa Carriages.

Let Rob take you on a trip back into time. Rob is a world-class horseman with a love of the Barossa Valley, its scenery and produce. With his friendly terrier Woody and his trusty horses, Rob takes groups of guests on wine tours. He will also provide transportation for weddings and formals.

Imagine travelling around the Barossa in a wonderfully restored horse-drawn carriage! It's child friendly. Fun guaranteed!

If you can think of any reason - birthday, anniversary, or just a romantic picnic by a winery in the Barossa, Rob will be ready to make it happen!
