Bark your way to fitness with Haberfield Hounds
It is not uncommon to see owners running with their dogs, where both owner and pet get their daily exercise.
On the first Saturday of every month, Orangetheory Fitness at Haberfield meets in the park along with owners and their dogs for a family four-kilometre run. This is a free event for the local community. The run commences from Orangetheory Fitness, Haberfield at 10.15am and concludes at the Café Bones in Leichhardt.

It is a great way to meet new friendly dog owners and other like-minded people, who like to get out for a short but healthy run for a morning's exercise.
There are Orangetheory Fitness Gyms all over Australia. Backed by the science of Excess Post-exercise Oxygen Consumption (EPOC), Orangetheory Fitness boosts energy, spikes your metabolism and clients can see the visible effects of toning after a workout. If your work life is busy and probably have only an hour to do some exercise, Orangetheory's professional coaches at Haberfield can tailor a workout so you can meet your goals. The best part is you can go at your own pace.
