There are a lot of people out there who really like coffee. It is the second most traded commodity in the world after oil and the most consumed beverage in the world. In olden day Turkey, one of the promises a bridegroom made to his wife was that they would always provide them with coffee. It's an important drink, and knowing how to make a one is an even more important skill; one that can gain you a job, friends, admirers, customers and, apparently, a happy wife.

To put on you on the path to coffee glory, Brisbane has a number of classes and courses, teaching you everything from the origins of coffee to the ins and outs of managing a café. Learn the difference between a latte and a macchiato, how to make the perfect froth and how to create that all-important 'froth art'.
