Beyond sparkle to lessons in confidence and friendship
Get your sparkle on, Australia, because pink is the new black and Barbie is coming Down Unda' for the first time.

Barbie Live! The Musical from Life Like Touring on Vimeo.

After my daughter was born, we could literally sort laundry into darks, whites, colours, and pinks; I can't wait to see the look on her face when I tell her that we are going to see Barbie.

Barbie™ teaches her friend Teresa™ (and the audience) to believe in herself.

The best part about Barbie, contrary to what some may believe, is that she has grown with the times, and her influence teaches our girls that they can do the same. She's contemporary, smart, popular, and confident. Barbie has held many respectable careers, such as a doctor, firefighter, pilot, NASCAR driver, and business executive.

Barbie Live Australia, theatre, live show, pink carpet
A pink carpet welcome for Barbie and friends.

Barbie doesn't back down in this live show, which is all about leveraging lessons from her past, taught in her popular DVD's (and including scenes from): Swan Lake, Princess and the Popstar, and Mariposa & Fairy Princess, to teach her best friend Teresa™ (and the audience) to "be confident, believe in yourself and embrace the power of friendship" (from the press release). Barbie™ LIVE! The Musical features recognisable popular songs from the animated Mattel hit movies, as well as new music from distinguished producer, Robbie Roth.

So get your kids (boys are welcome too, by the way), join us on the pink carpet, and get your sparkle on. Help your kids to learn to "tell the world where they belong."
