Bar Zini Pyrmont

Published May 14th 2011
Bar Zini café and wine bar is located right in the heart of Pyrmont's trendy dining district. This small, unassuming café, emulates Italian-chic, with a sleek and gorgeous modern interior, complete with spices, liquors, and wine, lining the walls behind the open bar and open kitchen.

The warm and welcoming aura is engulfing, with the friendly staff making you feel at home as they prepare your authentic Italian feast with the freshest of produce. Chefs Damian Krigstein and Luca Rossi serve up the most sumptuous food; rich and full in flavour.

The ever-changing menu keeps the experience fresh and exciting, and it will never disappoint. Dishes such as risotto cooked to perfection, can be expected, with a consistency suggesting that each grain of rice has been stirred until just the right amount of liquid has been absorbed to produce a smooth and creamy texture. And a contemporary take on same favourite traditional dishes such as a luxurious Tiramisu, will leave you wanting more.

It is easy to pass time over a gorgeous meal, and a few of Sydney's finer wines, in the ambience of this little pocket of Italy.

Bar Zini is open for breakfasts, lunch and dinner, except for on Sunday, and you can expect to pay around $15 for a main course, and approximately $8 for a dessert. The café does not take bookings, but does offer both indoor and outdoor seating with ample parking in the area. Take-away is also available.
