Do you Bar Hop?
One of the best things about travelling is finding out about the local tours of the city and inevitably you always end up going on at least one pub crawl of sorts, exploring the city's nightlife. And those are always the best tours, you have a fantastic night, you meet new people, drinks are had, laughs are shared, the city is yours, let your hair down!
How does it work? You can book in for a tour easily online and the day before the tour, you'll get an email advising you of the first meeting venue.
At the first venue, your Bar Hop host will introduce you all, give you a little informaiton about the night and inevitably you'll play a bit of a game (don't worry, not like your boss's team building activities just something to break the ice and get people mingling). From there, you'll all be great friends and be looking to get another round ;)
It won't be long before strangers are friends on a Bar Hop.
On your Hop, you'lll go to three bars in three hours. At each bar you'll recevie either a drink special or some complimentary eats. All in all, it's a great value way to have a fun night out, whether you're a local or from out of town.
Your Bar Hop will usually finish around 9.30pm - but that doesn't mean the night is over, really you've just had a more creative start to your night. From there you can carry on at the final venue with the new friends you've made or hop on with your night elsewhere.
I know, I know, you want to know which bars you go to! Bar Hop like to take you on a bit of a mystery tour, to make things a little more fun. There are two tour options, Perth Hops and Freo Hops and they have a variety of different bars on the list so they can shake it up from week to week. I could tell you which bars we went to on our tour but that would spoil the fun! Suffice to say, you'll enjoy the bars, but it won't matter the venue, you'll be having fun anyway! For a sneak peak and to check out photos from previous Bar Hops, hop over to their Facebook page.
