Bar Fredo

Home > Sydney > Bars
Published February 2nd 2012
Bar Fredo, being a relative new comer amongst the bars in Sydney, is very modern and stylish. The ambience here is one of it's most attractive aspects. A distinct impression of warmth and serenity can be felt throughout, allowing for a sense of intimacy between people. The band's presence serves to render everything so much more casual. The music is quiet and remains in the background, establishing the mood without interfering with conversations.

There are separate sitting areas, with seats suitable for couples and individuals, as well larger tables for groups of friends or family to congregate. The blackboard specials are worth a try. Much attention is paid to details in presentation and flavouring, whether it be tapas or modern Australian dishes. Amongst the many entrée and snacks, the skewers with Chorizo are a delight. The main menu also doesn't fail to impress, honourable mentions goes to the veal medallion stack and slow cooked lamb shoulder.

Staffs here are keen and friendly, service at the bar is top notch, there is a remarkable range of cocktail and other drinks such as shakes, smoothies and coffee. Everything is geared towards making your stay as pleasant as possible, great locale to hang out and relax, to socialise or have a romantic evening.

Booking enquiries can be made on-line or by phone.
