Bao Box has taken living room game night with family or friends and blown it up, with their board game café concept to eat, play and socialise.
Their idea is to unplug from the instant gratification of social media and being attached to our devices, by doing the opposite of providing customers with a wifi password.

My first visit to Bao Box though was strictly for libation and laughs - we played no board games but had wine, cocktails and food.
We ordered a side of halloumi fries to share and the halloumi did what halloumi does - understood the brief.

My friend ordered the KnoCowt stir fry, I ordered the Bao buns and my partner ordered The Player burger with spicy fries.

The next agenda for Bao Box is to try out their board games and turn a night in into a night out.
