Bankstown is the foodie destination for Bankstown Bites on Saturday 27 July 2019 from 10am to 5pm on Olympic Parade, Bankstown. Celebrating its 15th year, this food festival will be enticing thousands of foodies to the streets of Bankstown.

Following his recent appearance on this year's Masterchef, celebrity chef Matt Sinclair will be onboard and headline this year's event. He'll be cooking up a storm when he takes to the main kitchen at the Festival. There'll also be cooking demonstrations, children's activities and workshops, a licensed area, food tours, live music and a variety of exciting food trucks and stalls showcasing the rich culinary flavours of Bankstown. There are a number of exciting food tours and participating eateries you might want to be on. CHECK HERE for tickets. All tours are $10 and will run for approximately 1.5 hours. Tours are as follows.



Be sure to visit The Art Market ; a one-off artist market filled with a diverse collection of artworks by local artists and those further afield. Buy directly from the makers at this market that runs alongside Bankstown Bites at the Bankstown Arts Centre, 5 Olympic Pde, Bankstown on Sat 27 Jul 2019 - 19am to 5pm.

Relax with live music from Lolo Lovina (Virtuosic Gypsy world music fusion band), Bel Woods (Sydney based indie-pop artist who loves flirting with serendipity) and Nat James (singer, songwriter & all-round noisemaker); though you may well be up stomping your feet, tapping your toes and moving to the music. A fun-filled day for the whole family to enjoy, be sure to get in quick for those tours as they sell out fast.
