Banjo Paterson Park's stunning views and facilities make this the perfect weekend BBQ or picnic spot. Located at Punt Road, Gladesville, the park features picnic shelters, free BBQs, toilets, playground and walking track. Views of Glass Bay & Parramatta river also make it suitable for weddings, special events and functions.

Children can ride their scooters, skateboards or bikes on the footpath or play ball games on the grassy areas. Best way to get there is by car - there is a large carpark near the top of the park. You can also get there by public transport. Check Sydney Buses timetables for bus routes.

There are no cafes or kiosks located nearby, so bring snacks, drinks and coffee, however you will find Banjo Paterson Cottage Restaurant, a stunning standstone building dating back to 1830's. The restaurant offers fine dining for corporate functions, weddings or family gatherings. Menu includes modern Australian cuisine as well as vegetarian and children's meals.
