On Sunday 18 October 2015 from 10am to 5.30pm, The Victorian Bands' League will be turning back the clock to a time when every local park had a bandstand and every Sunday you'd hear the local band playing for the community. It is hoped this event will inspire a new generation to come together and be involved in community music and have some fun at the same time. With all this free entertainment happening on the big stage at Federation Square along with a wide variety of entertainment music being performed all day, you're bound to find something that's music to your ears.
This is the Victorian Bands' League's first ever Band Sunday Event with brass and concert bands from across the state, performing.
