You'll find me exploring the world and enjoying an adventure. When I'm on home turf, I'll be at the shooting range with bow and arrow, climbing rocks, sipping hot chocolate or writing Fantasy fiction. I blog at 30daysofself.wordpress.com/

A taste of Thai that'll leave you asking for more
Bamboodle has been a personal favourite since it opened in 2005. Located beneath Event Cinemas, on Church Street, Parramatta, it's a restaurant that serves a culinary delight of Thai cuisine, ranging from Pad Thai to Green Curry and Tom Yum Soup.
The restaurant allows customers to choose their own meat, vegetables, sauce and noodle/rice. The chefs cook fresh to order, ensuring taste and texture match the selected combination. The serving size is large, especially for a dish around the $12.50 mark and the taste will bring you back again and again. The dessert menu is a little lacking, consisting only of Roti and Banana in Coconut Milk with a recent new addition - Frozen Yoghurt. However, after such a large main, it might be difficult to fit in dessert anyway, so it's not a real negative.
My personal Bamboodle Favourite: Chicken Pad See Ew.
There is only a short wait for the food to cook and the waitress is quick to serve it out. Water is self-served from the filtered tap, otherwise there is a selection of soft drinks and iced tea and coconut juice.
The restaurant exudes a warm glow due to the lanterned lighting and the wooden furnishing with cushioned benches give a modern look. During summer, the windows that make up one wall fold open, creating a great outdoor dining feel, whilst still sitting in the comfort of the indoors.
Bamboodle has a warm atmosphere with contemporary decor.
It can get pretty busy in this restaurant, especially on Friday nights and the weekend, but the turnover is quick so it's never a long wait for a seat. There is also takeaway available and look out for special movie deals that give you a discounted meal after presenting your movie ticket.
