I have a two-year-old who is going through the middle of the terrible-twos. She has a habit of acting like we're trying to strap her into a torture device every time we try to put her in her car seat so it can make taking her places a little stressful sometimes.

When you're tired and stressed because your little one has been up all night coughing with a cold you just want a coffee, you know? But then you think about getting the kid in the car and then out the car and you start to debate if going for that coffee might be worth it.

That's what makes the sort of place that parents dream about. It's a drive-through coffee and ice cream eatery located in Bassendean. It's a small establishment but it has a lot of character and charm. There are a few chairs and tables out the front to sit down at if you choose and a drive through lane where you can go to pick up coffee and nibbles. When we went into the shop, the first thing I noticed was what a huge selection of food they had on display.



There were jars of lollies, lolly bags, cookies, muffins, cupcakes, muesli bars, jelly cups, ice cream and – this made me excited – choc bombs! Just like in the cinema! I was so impressed it took me a while to choose what I wanted. Did I want peanut butter ice cream or a rainbow choc bomb? Decisions! Decisions! I eventually settled on peanut butter ice cream and it was well worth it. But I will be coming back for a choc bomb.



If you're not in the mood for something to eat you have to have a coffee. Whatever your tastes are chances are Bamb bino's will have something for you. The menu on the side of the drive way is huge. listing everything from cappuccinos to flat whites to long blacks to baby chinos for the kids.



is open 7 days a week from 6am to 5pm, so if you're in the area and want a snack before work or something for the drive home, take a spin through their drive through and get a little cup of happiness.
