The inaugural Frolic Festival for LGBTI people and those who love 'em…will take place in Ballarat from 7 to 14 October 2017.
Frolic is a not-for-profit festival run by a small team of like-minded Ballaratians who want to support and show off the wonderful diversity of the region. It will be an annual event to show the acceptance, positive viability, health, well-being, the unique culture and art of the LGBTQIA community.
