Got the shakes from a lack of good coffee in Bali?
You arrive in Bali. Soak in the relaxed atmosphere, soft scents of incense burning through the air and the perfect sunkissed breeze. It feels like you have just arrived in paradise. Whether you love relaxing by the pool, shopping until you drop or just eating way too much good food, Bali truly seems to be the place with something for everyone.
What could be better? Hang on, where can I find a decent coffee?! When the realisation hits, that your destination of choice is perhaps missing a most vital ingredient to any real utopian bliss, you begin to feel somewhat disillusioned. If you're anything like me this dark, velvety liquid is more than just a drink. It sustains and motivates you through each day, carries you through moments of stress and is always there for those special times. Yes coffee is like air for you.
But what if your holiday in paradise could include a 'real' coffee? It's this very question that spurred me on to the search for Bali's best coffee. Like most journeys there were both highs and lows. But let me now share a secret with you, you will find what you need at number 10A Jalan Pantai, Kuta, Bali.
Bemo Corner Coffee has a modern, relaxed atmosphere, cool air conditioned environment, friendly staff and fast Wifi. As you walk in you will be greeted and given a cool towelette. But most importantly, you will be served great, freshly brewed, coffee. Prices are very reasonable, with prices starting from 17,000 rp for an expresso coffee. Their drinks menu includes a wide range of coffees, frappes, smoothies and fresh juices.
Breakfast, cakes, sandwiches and pies are also available. Bacon and eggs will set you back just 40,000 rp.
