Balanced yoga is holding a "Balanced Brekkie at Bittersweet" in May on the Green Square in Kingston. As the seasons change and the air gets crisper, it is the perfect time to enjoy a morning of yoga before it gets too cold.
As the sun begins to shine, Chris will take the class through a number of asana (postures). The Purna method that Chris teaches in his classes is a method that focused on correct alignment of the body. During his class, Chris gives instructions that are both clear and simple. He encourages his yoga students to focus on themselves and listen to their own body and only work at a level that works for them during each practice.
After a mindful yoga practice, join the balanced yogi community at Bittersweet Cafe for a delicious breakfast. Bittersweet Cafe is also offering all yogis a free coffee (or tea) with any hot food ordered on the day. Making the morning just that little bit more wonderful!
