A relaxing Sunday morning is perfect with the pleasant weather and freshly-made pancakes from Badde Manors in Glebe.

Badde Manors has always been serving customers with breakfasts of generous portions, and its homemade pancakes is no exception. The dish was a plate of joyful party filled with fresh, plump blueberries and blackberries and topped with a sizable block of ricotta cheese. Maple syrup is drizzled all over the stack of light, fluffy pancakes and fuses with the beautiful red and purple colours of the berries. Moreover, icing sugar was sprinkled sparingly, adding a pizzazz and completes the plate.

It was my first time ever to taste the dish and to be honest, it was one of the best I have had in Sydney, which I certainly love to share with everyone. After all, simple, homely and delicious, pancake is one of the most recognisable breakfast choices that provides a great start of a day.
