Bacon & Zucchini Slice - Gluten and Lactose Free

This is an easy recipe that the whole family loves! The saltiness from the bacon and the flavour from the herbs and cracked pepper make this a tasty slice for dinner, any day of the week. Enjoy it with a garden salad and garlic bread for a delicious, family meal. Why don't you make it for dinner tonight?
Ingredients:
2 zucchinis, grated and liquid squeezed out through a sieve
10 rashers of shortcut bacon, chopped
2 cups lactose-free cheese
2 Tablespoons olive oil
6 eggs, lightly whisked
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon mixed herbs
What To Do:
1/ Preheat oven to 200 degrees, fan forced.
2/ Squeeze out the excess water from the grated zucchini and combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl.
3/ Line a rectangular slice tin with baking paper. Pour the mixture into the tin.
4/ Cook for 25 minutes, then remove the tin from the oven. Cut the mixture into the slices you want (so the slice cooks better in the centre), then put back in the oven for another 10 minutes until set all the way through and it has browned on top.
5/ Allow to cool slightly in the tray prior to slicing.
