The best thing about this recipe, is that you can eat them straight after they have been cooked and are nice and hot or after they have been stored in the fridge and have been left to cool down. Either way, hot or cold, they are delicious.
2 rashers of bacon 1 tblspn of onion 1 egg 6 ozs of grated cheese 1 tblspn tomato sauce 1 dstspn of Worcestershire sauce 6 pieces of bread
1 - Turn oven on to 180 degrees Celsius
2 - Cut up the bacon and onion into small pieces
3 - Beat the egg in a small bowl
