Ingredients:
1 pocket pita bread
1 tblsp corn relish
1 rindless bacon rasher, chopped finely
2 tblsp pizza cheese
1 tblsp chopped parsley
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcuis (160 for fan forced).
2. Spread bread with relish, bacon and cheese. Place in the oven on a tray. Remove from oven when bacon is warm and crisp and cheese has melted.
Sprinkle with parsley just before serving.
