One of the friendliest and most down to earth backpacker services that I've experienced in over five years of backpacking. The girls here are travellers themselves, experts in travelling Australia, friendly and incredibly enthusiastic.

Whether you're after a cheap shuttle to the airport, a flight over to Melbourne or Sydney, a road trip to Broome or just general backpacking advice, these guys will try their hardest to help everybody, regardless of budget or situation.

Along with the myriad of travel advice, excursions and offers that these agents supply, they also offer all backpackers at least 30 minutes free internet access on each visit to this shop. This can come in very handy for sorting out travel arrangements, Skyping home or simply updating Facebook statuses with travel advances.

They also offer a competitive tax-back service which is unrivalled by most other agencies. This allows many backpackers to sort out all their tax-back when they arrive back to their native country, after a working holiday visa in Australia.

I would thoroughly recommend the services available here, the team are great fun, and incredibly accommodating to all backpackers. They are also multi-lingual and based below a backpacking job agency, meaning you can pop upstairs in their store for advice on working whilst travelling Australia.
