A fun little outing for parents and bub too
Take your baby out for a day of fresh air and happy times. The Western Adelaide Branch of the Australian Breastfeeding Association and OPAL are sponsoring Baby's Day Out for your family and especially all bubs. The event will run for four hours from 10am to 2pm, which is an ideal amount of time for a baby outing.

Pack a picnic and relax on the lawns with free activities for little ones as well as face painting, imagination playground and nature play activities for kids. Fruit and light refreshments will be provided. The breastfeeding association often has community get-togethers. This year, the theme is 'bond for breastfeeding'. It will be an opportunity for Mums to bond with their babies, bond with other mums and even bond with nature. After being cooped up indoors with all the rain lately, everyone will surely enjoy by getting out in the Spring sunshine.

Mothers are protected by law and have the right to breastfeed whenever and wherever they choose. Baby's Day Out aims to support, and develop confidence in mums to breastfeed their babies anytime and anywhere. Socialising with others is a fantastic way to share experiences and extend support to mums who may not feel as comfortable feeding in public. This would be an ideal outing for young Mums who work and don't get the chance to meet other new Mums. But all families are welcome.
The picnic will be on the delightful lush lawns at the heritage house " The Brocas" in Woodville.
