Human Rights Film Screenings in Adelaide is presenting a special premiere screening of the award-winning film Silver Screen Dreams.

This critically acclaimed film will be screening at HOYTS Cinema Arndale on Sunday, 30 July 2023 - choose from two sessions: 2.50 pm or 4.30 pm. Tickets are now on sale.

Directed by David LI, Silver Screen Dreams is a story about pain, healing, and forgiveness.

Can a modern miracle revive one person and an entire industry?

Released in 2022, Silver Screen Dreams was showcased in film festivals around the world including Canada, the United States, Russia, Israel, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Spain, Iran, and mainland China.

It has also garnered 25 awards at various film festivals worldwide, including Best Picture, Best Actress, Best Supporting Actor, Best Original Music, and Best Costume Design.

The lead actresses, Leah Feng and Alyssa Zheng, both received the Best Actress award at the Canada AltFF and the American Golden Picture International Film Festival in the United States.

Additionally, the film received the Best Costume Design award at the Athens International Art Film Festival and the Best Original Music award at the Gold Painting International Film Festival in the United States.

All are welcome to attend this special premiere screening of Silver Screen Dreams. Tickets are now on sale for both sessions through Eventbrite and priced at $25 pp.
