The annual Autumn Yarn Fete, presented by the NSW Machine Knitters Association, comes to Epping Creative Centre on Saturday 23rd March 2019. This one-day extravaganza will be held from 10am to 2pm and promises to be a fabulous day out for yarn enthusiasts. Entry is FREE and all are welcome.

Enjoy a fun-filled day of colour and unique fibres! Source beautiful Australian wool, alpaca, silk, hand dyed, hand spun and even fibres sourced and named from the individual alpaca for your next creative project.
There will be many traders onsite, from indie producers and other suppliers from around NSW and beyond. Some of the highlights include Pleasantview Fibres, The Australian Wool Store, Feltfine, Marlyn Alpaca, Looms & Spinning Wheels, The Wool Inn, Waratah Fibres, Calanas, Yarnish and Australian Alpaca/Ultimate Alpaca.
Traders specialising in knitting machines, parts, manuals, patterns and tools will also be on hand, including Passap – Fay & Ken Butcher, Reynolds Brothers and Anne Carrigg. Spongebar restorations will be available on the day as well.
If you are looking for some inspiration, make sure to visit the group exhibition by the NSW Machine Knitters Association and a display by UTS fashion and textile design students. There will also be knitting demonstrations on the day, a lucky door prize and raffle.
