Melbourne's National Institute of Circus Arts is opening its doors these Autumn school holidays.
Children between 5-12 years will be able to participate in a range of fun activities including juggling, tumbling, mini tramp, static trapeze, aerial ring, tissue, hula hoops, tight wire and more .
Workshops in Prahran run from three hours to all-day programs, giving children the opportunity to experience the joy of circus.
NICA Short Courses has been operating for over 20 years and is the perfect blend of sport and art to keep kids entertained over the break.
Participants can improve coordination, strength, fitness and flexibility, while building confidence in a supportive environment.
NICA's recreational courses are taught by experienced trainers and industry professionals in Australia's best custom-built circus training facilities. A 1:8 trainer/student ratio ensures the safety of participants.
The circus is not just for the kids but also the young at heart.
