Wilhelmina's is located in the historical suburb of Balmain. In the three years since opening in 2014, they have gained a reputation for serving outstanding dishes to share. They specialise in creating their menu using the best seasonal produce available and pairing with some of Australia's best Wines. Wilhelmina's Feast was born as a special event four times to suit each season. The Autumn Feast will be held on Wednesday 5 April, 2017 from 6:30 pm – 9:30 pm.
This Feast menu will be created and cooked by Head Chef Pip with produce provided by Lauren Mathers (Bundarra Berkshire Farm).
Bundarra Berkshire is a small, bio dynamic 100 acre free range pig farm situated along the Murray River in Southwestern New South Wales. All of the pigs produced on the farm that are bred for meat, are processed on site in the Farmstead Butchery. Using the whole pig from nose to tail, Producer Lauren Mathers has learnt to create her own special recipes for sausages, dry cured bacon, smoked ham, French charcuterie and Italian salumi.
To pair with the delicious food, will be Wines presented by Wine maker Ben Mullen from Clyde Park Vineyards. These wines are from the Geelong region known for producing cool climate wines. You will be in for a treat as this winery has been awarded a five-star rating in the James Halliday's Wine Companion. If you enjoy wines such as Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, then you will enjoy this Feast Dinner.
