Australia is a beautiful country with many places to explore in your own backyard.
An opportunity to get up close with native animals

As part of Australiana Week, The City of Salisbury is hosting "Meet the Animals". Animals Anonymous will be there to provide the wildlife. There will be friendly Australian native animals such as a baby crocodile, pythons, a goanna, a bearded dragon, a marsupial joey, a Tawny Frogmouth or an owl. You will have the opportunity to get up close and personal with the beautiful Australian animals. You will also learn about these unique species, and why some are endangered. Learn also what we can do in our own backyards to help wildlife.

The event will be held on Wednesday, 25th January 2023 from 10.00am to 12.00pm at the Salisbury Community Hub, 34 Church Street, Salisbury.

This is a family-friendly free event. For more information visit the City of Salisbury website.
