The Australian Youth Orchestra will bring their vibrant energy and instrumental colour to the stage of Perth Concert Hall performing an exhilarating program of Mahler and Shostakovich under the baton of Eivind Aadland.

The Australian Youth Orchestra is assembled each year from the top young talent across the country. Ranging in age from 12 to 25 years, these performers will transport you with musical colour and sophistication beyond their years.

The forthcoming event will feature the heart-wrenching beauty of Mahler's Adagietto movement from his Symphony No.5 paired with the tempestuous journey of triumph and despair within Shostakovich's colossal Symphony No.10.
