It's autumn & time to bring your garden to life
Twice a year, in autumn and spring, Australian Plants Society SA Region Inc (APS) holds its plant sale at the Adelaide Showgrounds, Wayville.

For the Australian native plant enthusiast, $100 (or even $50) will go a long way - with over 1,000 species on offer from around $5 each.

There'll be an information desk offering free soil pH testing and recommendations for establishing Australian native plants in various areas of Adelaide. Along with books on Australian gardening and flora at reduced prices, a range of activities will be on offer including workshops on soils, garden design, basic photography, propagation, grafting and children's activities.

At the information desk visitors can 'try before you buy' by accessing the interactive database 'APSQuery' - comprising over 8,500 plants, APSQuery can provide you with information which is customised to your area and preferences of suitable plants that meet your requirements such as plant size, flower colour, soil type and water requirements.
