Presenters are Liana Taylor, clinical psychologist and international mindfulness teacher of Australian Institute of Applied Mindfulness and Libby Druce, co-facilitator of Tonto Road Singing Company. Libby is musically talented, with a professional background in health and counselling, facilitating many a capella singing groups and project choirs in health and community settings.
It is Tonto Road Singing Company's belief that singing is for everyone, is a natural human thing to do, engages mind and body, lifts the spirits and gives a welcome break from the everyday and respite from work and worries.
Throughout the evening, participants will have the opportunity to sing a cappella in a group setting whilst applying mindfulness to collectively engage minds and bodies, lift spirits and connect with their voices. No experience necessary - just bring your mind, body, spirit and voice!
