A finger licking event for the whole family
Most of us have enjoyed a finger licking moment with our favourite marmalade. The old school sweet is popular among young and old. Spread over toast or fresh scones, as a base to make sauces or glaze baked goods, marmalade is a versatile ingredient.
For hundreds of years now people have been creating their own home made marmalade, sticking to the original recipes or giving them a creative twist. If you enjoy the making or eating of marmalade then you mustn't miss the Australian Festival of Marmalade.
Presented by the National Trust of South Australia in partnership with the Dalemain World's Original Marmalade Awards and Festival UK, this event will cater for marmalade makers and eaters.
Enter the competition If you have made a lovely marmalade then enter your creation for the chance to win an award at this inaugural festival.
