Proudly sponsored by STIHL , SkyHigh presents the 2016 Australian Chainsaw Carving Championship , which is in its third year of this annual event. There are going to be Australian and International carvers competing for cash prizes, though I dare say it's more about pride than prize. These artistic sculptors will wield their chainsaws with great expertise and finesse, turning timber logs into amazing works of arts. Come along and see the best of the best daily from 9am to 5pm. Set against the backdrop of one of Victoria's biggest tourist go-to destinations, it's going to be no less than amazing.


2016 features some of the world's best chainsaw woodcarvers , both men and women. The competitors include Robby Bast - last year's winner from Victoria, Australia along with Angie Polglaze and Brandon Kroon also from Victoria. Another Australian, Matt Bird from Queensland will also be competing. From the USA we have Griffon Ramsey, Jeff Samudosky and Thomas Earing. Daniel Cordell will be heading over from the United Kingdom, Ryan Cook from Canada and Hikaru Kodama from Japan. Click here to find out more about the contestants.
