There are plenty of ways to celebrate Australia Day in Melbourne. Why not add sausage making to the list? The Common Man in South Wharf is hosting a masterclass, led by Head Chef Ivan Pinteri. He will be demonstrating the art of snag-making. You will learn how to make gourmet sausages including best cuts of meat to use, how to grind meat, herbs and seasonings to use, how to fill natural sausage casings and the perfect way to cook them. You will also get to enjoy a sausage lunch accompanied by a beer and the view of Yarra River. All course notes, chef's apron and equipment are supplied.
