Australians display their love of the country in unique ways. Going to sports events is probably most popular. Beaches and public parks host special events. City councils across the country arrange for fireworks displays along with other festivals and performances.

A unique way of celebrating Australia Day is to have traditional Australian food, or should we say Aussie tucker. Lynbrook Hotel is hosting a traditional Australian buffet lunch and dinner on 26 January 2015. Since the menu is not specified, my guess is as good as yours, so I am guessing there must be some kangaroo steaks, emu nuggets, roast croc, and some bush tucker. Any other predictions are welcomed in the comments.

In my experience, Lynbrook International Buffet is extremely popular with sessions booked out most of the time. Because of the popularity of this buffet, I have found the food to be always fresh and delicious, and their desserts bar is to die for. As a side note, they also offer great service. Drinks can be purchased separately at the bar.

Bookings are essential.
