On Thursday the 26th of January 2023, you are invited to come along to St Marys Park for the
City of Mitcham Australia Day celebrations. The day will begin at 8am with free pancakes and Welcome to Country, followed by the official ceremony acknowledging residents who have contributed significantly to the community as well as welcoming new citizens.

Then, at 10am, the celebrations continue with a free sausage sizzle and desserts. There will also be a circus workshop, football clinic, Toy Library activities and face painting for the kids. Entertainment will include a performance by the local Ukrainian dance group Slava and Mitcham City Brass. St Marys Park is located on Laura Avenue in St Marys.
