FREE AUSSIE FUN @ BRADFIELD PARK THIS AUSTRALIA DAY



A traditional Aussie BBQ along with a multicultural twist and heaps of fun for all the family is on at Bradfield Park this Australia Day. It's a BBQ festival of world cuisines with a view of one of the world's most iconic sights, the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Sydney Opera House.

Pack your picnic rug and come along to enjoy food, music and entertainment on Friday 26 January. Enjoy the sensational views of Sydney Harbour along with all the festivities -

Along with the events on the Harbour, Bradfield Park will be filled with music from Cavan Te & The Fuss, The Salsa Kingz, The Evergreen Collective, Suite Az and DJ Mr Chad will spin Aussie tunes throughout the day.

Would you like more? Well, how about free face painting and a jumping castle for the kiddies, which are sure to keep them busy. Also, this is a dog-friendly event so don't leave them home alone, bring them along too.



This Aussie day spectacular will feature tempting barbecued foods not only from Australia but also America, Korea, Europe, India, the Philippines, the Middle East, Brazil, Spain, Sri Lanka and South America. With food stalls like Turkish Gozleme, Brazilian Flame, Figjam Creperie, Korean BBQ, Modern Yaki, New Madras Cuisine, Pierogi Pals, Sofrito Paella, Tapas Market, Diego's Donuts, Grind N Press Coffee Crew plus many more - you will be spoilt for choice.

Food, music and a variety of fun activities for everyone to enjoy, so don the green & gold and bring your Aussie besties to enjoy the BBQ by the Bridge on Friday 26 January 2018.

Public transport is a good option for events like this, so plan your trip on the NSW Government Transport Australia Day website.

There will also be road closures with information at www.livetraffic.com or by calling the Traffic Information Line on 132 701.

Main areas affected are -
Burton Street Tunnel
Olympic Drive
Special event clearway on Olympic Drive
Special event clearways are no parking zones, this applies to local residents as well.

This event is smoke and alcohol-free.
