As Homer said "mmmm, wine", well, he said beer actually, but we'll go with wine.

Aussie Wine Month is Australia's biggest celebration of Australian wine and is held all around Australia's wine regions during the month of May. Now in its fifth year, Aussie Wine Month celebrates the diversity, quality and regionality of Australian wines.

Mixed Palate Photography Exhibition

This event brings together two of my husband's loves (other than me of course), photography and wine. The best photographs taken by local and state photographers, which have been entered into the Langhorne Creek Mixed Palate Photography Competition are on display in Cellar Doors and venues throughout Langhorne Creek.

Visit venues and vote on your favourite image to go into the draw to win some amazing Langhorne Creek wine.

The Exhibition is on each day from Sunday 1 May to Tuesday 31 May 2016 from 10 am to 5 pm. Entry is free. For more information go to the Aussie Wine Month website.

Floating Melodies: Mother's Day Special

What a way to spoil mum for Mother's Day. On Sunday 8 May 2016 from 5 pm to 6.30 pm take mum for a cruise into the sounds of Will Metzer whose raspy seductive vocals bring back a hint of Sinatra and Harry Connick Junior but with the vocal dexterity of Elvis, The Beatles, Ray Charles, Nat King Cole and Tom Jones.
