Nothing like brunch to brighten up those dreadful Tuesdays. I ordered the humble 'tea-smoked salmon on quinoa potato hash with braised greens, poached egg and bernaise sauce'. Higher sodium levels than appreciated, otherwise, I welcomed the creamy sauce against the crisp and mild hash. And the star of the dish? Why, you could never go wrong with salmon.
