The Northern Beaches, specifically Manly has many beach attractions for tourists and now Dee Why is creating the same buzz. Here comes Aubergine Sudney, a restaurant that has created its own style with food, with a mix of European and Mediterranean dishes.


Located in the busy strip of Dee Why Beach, you really cannot ask for more. Right on the beach where the surf is, tourists gather to soak up the sun, and families get together for quality time. Aubergine has a nice ring to the name even though by definition it simply means eggplant.




Here you can find a relaxed casual dining environment with friendly staff and both indoor and outdoor areas. They have a unique touch to the decor, with a featured bedroom dressing table sitting at the entrance of the restaurant. It is very stylish and classic.
