When Dee Why meets with Europe
The Northern Beaches, specifically Manly has many beach attractions for tourists and now Dee Why is creating the same buzz. Here comes Aubergine Sudney, a restaurant that has created its own style with food, with a mix of European and Mediterranean dishes.

Aubergine located at Dee Why

Located in the busy strip of Dee Why Beach, you really cannot ask for more. Right on the beach where the surf is, tourists gather to soak up the sun, and families get together for quality time. Aubergine has a nice ring to the name even though by definition it simply means eggplant.

Indoor area & a medium size restaurant

Nice outdoor area

A creative & unique feature of a dressing table at the entrance

Here you can find a relaxed casual dining environment with friendly staff and both indoor and outdoor areas. They have a unique touch to the decor, with a featured bedroom dressing table sitting at the entrance of the restaurant. It is very stylish and classic.

Here you will find a menu that offers dishes of a mix from Europe and the Mediterranean sea. The world is mixing more and more as generations evolve. So what can you expect to find on the menu? Food that sends your taste buds into a whirl with the delicious tastes of signature breakfast dishes such as toasted croissants and bacon & egg rolls. The price range for breakfast is from $7.50 to $20, which is quiet reasonable. Their starters come in a few selections such as your standard garlic bread or mezza platters like falafels. For all those woth specific requirements, they also have gluten free and vegetarian dishes that are very delicious and will remain in your memory until your next visit.

Lemon Pepper Calamari

Kebab Mediterrana

You can choose to begin with starters or if you are really hungry and just want to get a main, you will have an endless list of choices including seafood, pasta, salads, kebabs, and the list goes on. Now shifting from their starters and mains, you will be love their choice of desserts. Would you fancy a homemade cheesecake or perhaps a creme brulee or a swiss-ice cream or sorbet/ If that was not enough to send your taste buds haywire, maybe the chocolate fudge cake will.

Sip on some cocktail or some wine while you wait for your dish or relax after you finish your meals. After all, what are the water views for?
