Get you ballet skills en pointe during lockdown
While Melbourne is undergoing its second round of lockdown, it's the perfect time to learn a new skill or find a new way to keep fit. The Australian Ballet is now offering online adult ballet classes for all levels (beginner, intermediate and advanced) for $25 per lesson.

While adult classes have typically run at The Australian Ballet from the Primrose Potter Australian Ballet Centre in Southbank, during lockdown classes have gone online, offering access to ballet lovers everywhere.
No matter your skill level, all dancers are encouraged to take part take part, with classes offered for all skill levels and abilities.
Taught by Justine Miles (a former dancer for the Australian Ballet), students will also be able to enjoy guest masterclasses. Classes are roughly 30 to 40 minutes to complete and new classes are released each Tuesday with one class launched for each ability level weekly.
The best bit? Once you'd purchased a class, you can re-access it to revisit it at anytime that suits your schedule, so you can brush up on your skills anytime or plie the day away.
